Congratulations

To all our clients who received visa grants since January this year - we have had a LOT of visas granted, which is really wonderful for us. It is always so nice to get the visas through painlessly with not too long a wait - one of our clients was granted a visa this week and he only lodged his main residence application at the end of December last year, so that is completely amazing!

I have to share a thank you i received today from one of my fave clients (obviously i have withheld her name and edited some personal info out) but this is the gist of what she said - and what makes our job so worthwhile! :)

THANK YOU!!!!!! Your phone call last week to tell me that we had indeed been awarded our visa was so special! My husband was actually away sailing and the kids were at school so I really was delighted to have a voice on the line to share my joy and excitement! I guess its like winning the lottery or something!

We are slowly coming to earth, and rapidly realizing the enormity of the task ahead to get all our ducks in a row before we actually get on the plane and go! We have decided to go to Australia in the July holidays mostly for the kids to have a “look see” and also to look at schools and register for University etc for them. We have decided that we will then move at the end of the year, probably in January 2012.

So, once again, thank you so much for your wonderful, friendly and efficient service, and for facilitating our new adventure, from me and all our family! Well done on an excellent job, for endless patience at panicked questions, and for always being available! YOU ARE A STAR!
